It monitors only the outside of the property and does not record anything inside. Inside the home, a city-approved device is mounted on the kitchen ceiling. It monitors noise levels, temperature, and cigarette smoke — but does not record audio or video. It’s in place to help prevent disruptive gatherings and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests. Tampering with the camera or monitoring device is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property. ☀ All guests must be 25+, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ☀ Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. We charge for each additional guest — please make sure your reservation reflects the correct guest count. ☀ Early check-in at 9:00 AM is available for a $100 fee, but only if the home is not occupied by departing guests that day. Please confirm availability in advance. ☀ Unapproved early arrivals or late departures will incur a $100 charge per event.
