Our goal is to provide a seamless, 5-star experience from check-in to check-out. ☀ For your safety and peace of mind, the home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It monitors only the outside of the property and does not record anything inside. Inside the home, a city-approved device is mounted on the kitchen ceiling. It monitors noise levels, temperature, and cigarette smoke — but does not record audio or video. It’s in place to help prevent disruptive gatherings and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests. Tampering with the camera or monitoring device is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property. ☀ All guests must be 25+, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ☀ Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. We charge for each additional guest — please make sure your reservation reflects the correct guest count. ☀ Early check-in at 9:00 AM is available for a $100 fee, but only if the home is not occupied by departing guests that day. Please confirm availability in advance. ☀ Unapproved early arrivals or late departures will incur a $100 charge per event. If you need special accommodations, just ask — we're happy to help when possible! ☀ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control. ☀ We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels.
